With over 12 years of residential real estate sales experience, Annie believes in uncompromising integrity and professionalism. As her clients will attest, Annie believes in making the transaction easy for them - be they seller or buyer. She enjoys the challenge of locating the perfect home for her clients. A continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society, Annie believes in increasing her real estate expertise through continuing education and a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in all areas of Savannah and Chatham County. With a South Carolina real estate license, Annie is also able to help her clients locate property in the Low Country of Bluffton and Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Rockwell attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia where she received a degree in French with a minor in Early Childhood Education. After college, Annie moved to New York City where she was a paralegal for the law firm of Davis, Polk & Wardwell and then a legal recruiter/office administrator for Howard Darby & Levin. In between working in the legal field, Annie was a sales associate for the prestigious shop, James Robinson that specializes in English silver, porcelain and antiques. After her time in NY, Rockwell moved to Savannah to work for a private family foundation in the area of restoring/preserving homes. This provided the perfect transition into real estate.
A Savannah resident since 1991, Annie resides in the city's National Historic Landmark District with her two dogs, Spencer and Skip. In addition to serving on the Historic Savannah Foundation Board of Directors, Rockwell is also an active member of the Telfair Museum of Art, Union Mission, Starfish Cafe, Junior League of Savannah, St. John Episcopal Church and CASA. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, dancing, fashion and needlepoint.
